ATTACKS AND THREATENS PROSTITUTE, 44-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED

The man who on April 28 last threatened to kill a young prostitute of Albanian origins in Villorba, in the province of Treviso, was released from prison only 5 months ago. The detention, which lasted 5 years, was due to a robbery against another prostitute, also in the Treviso area. The repeat offender, a Como resident in Belluno, took the woman to a secluded place in her car that night in April. She immobilized her with a sheet and then threatened to set her on fire if she even tried to scream. Finally he stole her wallet and cell phone. Fortunately, the young woman managed to free herself and then escape and was rescued by a passerby who noticed her, with her clothes torn and completely in shock. The woman immediately filed a complaint with the Carabinieri at the Villorba station who, coordinated by the Treviso Company, followed the only clue that the victim had managed to remember: the red Punto driven by the attacker. Precisely because of the limited traces, the investigative investigations continued for two months, until the attacker’s car was traced to Silea, near a house. The Fire Brigade also had to intervene to arrest the man who had barricaded himself in the building. The 44-year-old, understanding the situation and with no possibility of escape, decided to hand himself over to the military. Arrested for multi-aggravated robbery, he is now in Treviso prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
