the officers of the Local Police of Naples a Saint Johntogether with staff from ASL Napoli 1, following a report from some citizens, intervened in via Caifano where they ascertained the presence of a illegal kennel inside which 13 dogs of various breeds had been placed and kept in precarious hygienic conditions.
The dogs were entrusted to a non-profit association specialized in the recovery and care of animals.
The Local Police seized the 200 m2 area where the kennel stood and reported the owner.
