The experimental laboratory with School Meets Design becomes an exhibition

SIENA. Combining the various aspects linked to the valorisation of entrepreneurship in the Siena area with the need for increasingly qualified and professional training with a careful eye on insertion into the world of work. The laboratory experience of the students of classes II, III and IV of the Interior design, environmental sustainability/Cat course of the Sallustio Bandini higher education institute in Siena ends on Thursday 6 June (11 am), which took shape in the School Meets Design organized by Habitat arredamenti by Roncucci in collaboration with Veneta Cucine and coordinated by the architect Claudia Roncucci.

The project represented a concrete example of a training experience aimed at approaching the working environment. And at the end of the project, an exhibition will be set up inside the institute with the projects and drawings developed by the students. With the laboratory, the students had the opportunity to carry out a project and find the most innovative solutions both from an architectural and design point of view, and with regards to the sustainability of materials and technology.

The students, supervised by three architects, were trained on three aspects: ‘How to design a kitchen’, ‘The materials with which a kitchen is built’ and finally ‘How a kitchen is made’.
