BUSTO ARSIZIO – The agents of Emergency Unit of the command of local police of Busto Arsizio in recent days they expelled an Albanian who had been creating quite a few for months urban security problems.
Threatening and violent
The man, convicted of around 60 yearsunemployed and homeless, he now used to appear in some canteens dedicated to the poor and ask for various types of help and financial support from some voluntary associations active in the city. In recent times, however, the attitude had now degenerated both towards volunteers and other users; in particular, he had become very disrespectful and often threatening and violentso much so that the volunteers alerted the local police command for help.
The intervention of the agents
The agents, coordinated by the Officers of the Operations Department, started an investigation activity from which various police measures emerged. Therefore, after reconstructing its movements, lThe man has finally been tracked down and, in agreement with the Immigration Office of the Varese Police Headquarters, definitively expelled from the national territory.

«This activity, which concluded positively thanks also to the necessary contribution of Immigration Section of the Varese Police Headquartersdemonstrates once again how the contribution of the local police is fundamental in carrying out community policing tasks in order to be able to guarantee the sense of security perceived among citizens», they explain from the Municipality of Busto Arsizio.
In fact, although immigration and expulsion matters do not fall within the specific competence of the local police, «these activities are always more effective thanks to the collaboration between the local police forces, which they better know and experience the social fabric of the reality in which they are called to operateand the various law enforcement agencies, thanks to which it is possible to implement increasingly effective actions to improve the liveability of our cities».
