Persecutory acts against some neighbors as well as the daughter – who does not live in the same building – of an elderly neighbor. These are the accusations against a woman resident in Benevento, who was banned from staying in the city. The measure, issued by the investigating judge of the local court and carried out today by the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters, arose following a targeted investigation activity coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The investigations were started following the complaints filed by all the condominium owners and in particular by the people offended in April 2024, defended by the lawyer Consuelo Basile: the complaints revealed the harassing and threatening conduct carried out by the woman, but also by the minor children, such as to cause a persistent and serious state of anxiety and fear as well as a well-founded fear for their own safety.
In particular, the suspect had threatened the offended people both on the occasion of police interventions requested by them precisely because of their own behavior or that of their children and at other times also for reasons related to the parking of cars, intimidating the offended people and making them the impossible life.
The statements were corroborated by the statements of other condominium owners, by the service notes relating to the police interventions carried out at the building and also by videos and audio produced by the victims, forced to install a camera to protect themselves from the continuous incursions especially by minor children of the suspect, from which full confirmation of their narration emerged and therefore of their reliability.
