The Hubruzzo Debating Championship tournament represents the culmination of debate and critical thinking training activities, organized by the Hubruzzo Foundation and the Abruzzo section of the national Debate Italia society. The ceremony was attended by Armando Foschi, municipal councilor of Pescara delegated by the president of the City Council, Rosanna Buono of the regional school office, Chieti – Pescara area, Sergio Galbiati, president of the Hubruzzo Foundation, and Marcello Vinciguerra, councilor of the Hubruzzo Foundation.
“The school office considers this discipline fundamental for developing a systematic approach to the issues by students. In fact, over the last ten years our office has worked hard to make the Debate activity present among the innovative proposals”, said Rosanna Buono of the regional school office, Chieti – Pescara area.
“The Foundation supports Debate because it is a way to invest in young people, giving them the opportunity to carry out an activity that develops critical thinking, useful in studies, work and life” said Marcello Vinciguerra.
