ASTI. Tuesday 25 June “RED MILVA” at the Cortile del Michelerio for the ASTI JAZZ Festival.

The Asti Jazz Festival continues: now in its third edition, it reaffirms the relevance of this musical genre, with a look at the classic and one at the future, with a heterogeneous program, created by the Municipality of Asti in collaboration with the Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo and included in the program of the prestigious Torino Jazz Festival Piemonte. Matteo Negrin, director of the Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo, declares: “We are happy to renew our participation in the creation of Asti Jazz, an opportunity which, combined with the prestigious Torino Jazz Festival Piemonte, offers us the opportunity to spread the passion for jazz and celebrate its talents across the region. With enthusiasm, we welcome the arrival of great artists of the jazz tradition, ready to cheer the public of Asti on summer evenings, immersing ourselves in an atmosphere of timeless notes and emotions”. The director of the Teatro Alfieri Angelo Demarchis adds: “The excellent response to the previous editions has encouraged us to continue, with a program that includes great international names, young talents and contaminations between theater and music, as well as a dutiful homage to a jazz giant, Dino Piana, our fellow countryman. The collaboration with Piemonte dal Vivo is fundamental, demonstrating that networking creates opportunities for quality aggregation and entertainment that can reach the most diverse audiences, including the youngest, also thanks to entrance tickets with decidedly popular prices.
