Paolo Vanoli is ever closer to being the new coach of Torino. The Venezia coach had been linked to the Granata in recent days, although there was a possible dualism with Vincenzo Italiano, who came into the sights of the Cairo club after the problems with Bologna. The rossoblù now seem one step away from convincing the former Fiorentina player, thus removing him from the market. Toro is therefore aiming straight for Vanoli, who should sign a two-year contract in the next few hours after having communicated his intention to leave to Venezia. It could take a few days, considering that the celebration for last night’s promotion against Cremonese with a goal from Gytkjaer is now underway.
On the other hand, today the lagoon sports director, Filippo Antonelli, spoke like this about his coach. “We clearly hope he can stay among us, but now there is the coach market. We expect a response from him, there have been many rumours. Let’s wait and understand what will happen. If he were to leave it would be a big loss. If I expect it to go?
