“Bringing 27 companies from the Marche to Rome means promoting the territory through the excellence of food and wine, contaminating and creating a united and cohesive team that promotes the Marche destination on national and international markets.” declares Marco Bruschini, Director ofATIM, Agency for tourism and internationalization of the Marche Region. Bruschini also states that “having found so many companies willing to come to Rome to present themselves means that the first edition was a great success of collaboration with the Pio Sodalizio dei Piceni, a point of reference for the Marche Region in the capital.

Over the course of the two days, 20 chefs and ice cream makers from the capital will create tasting itineraries using mainly products from the Marche region, creating typical recipes of regional cuisine.
