The bills will be sent in a single shipment. If taxpayers do not receive them by June 25th, they can request a copy via email ([email protected]) or by going personally to the Sigerico offices in via Fontebranda 65, open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Exemptions are provided for domestic users in situations of socio-economic hardship and for homes occupied by people over seventy with ISEE income below certain limits: up to 6,500 euros; exemption from the tax for homes occupied by a single person over seventy with an ISEE income of less than 7,500 euros; whose deadline for submitting the application expired on 31 March 2024.

Requests for these benefits had to be submitted by March 31st.

From 1 January 2023, for domestic users registered in the name of residents of the Municipality, the number of occupants is that resulting from the registry records as of 1 January of the reference year.

Starting from 1 January 2024, in accordance with resolution no. 386/2023 of Arera, the UR1 (0.10 euro/user) and UR2 (1.50 euro/user) items will be introduced in the waste tax. These items are intended to offset costs incurred to harmonize the objectives of the circular economy and environmental protection.
