According to what has emerged in the last few hours, even if the club already has an agreement with the Molfetta coach, the priority could now have become another, equally illustrious for the Apulian football scene: this is Domenico Giacomarro, fresh winner of the last Serie D championship with Altamura.
The only certainty, for now, is that Mr. Scaringella will not be reconfirmed: the positive numbers of his management in the second part of the last championship will not be enough for the coach to stay in Andria. This change of strategy regarding the coach is directly linked to the fate of sporting director Savino Daleno, now more than ever in question according to what filters from the Andria environment. The sporting director himself, in fact, had closed the negotiation with Ragno a few days ago who, however, could only have signed with Fidelis after 30 June, the date of expiry of his contract still in existence with Nardò.
Giacomarro has already openly declared that he does not want to continue his adventure in Altamura and would not disdain starting from D precisely to cultivate the dream of winning the second promotion in a row. The real big obstacle between the Sicilian coach and the Andria club would be the long line of clubs interested in the coach who dominated last season with the Murgians. First of all, there would be Nocerina who would have already started interlocutory dialogues with Giacomarro at the end of the last season.
