Two Albanians aged 69 and 33 were arrested on Saturday 29 June by the Perugia police because they were held responsible for the crime of aggravated sexual violence against a nineteen-year-old from Perugia. According to the reconstruction of the facts, the victim, at the end of an evening in a public place on the outskirts of Perugia, while looking for a ride home, was approached by the 69-year-old who offered to contact a taxi. The man, however, with the excuse of not having his cell phone with him, convinced the girl to follow him to his home, a few meters from the club.
The facts Inside the apartment, there were three men, two of whom sexually abused her. The 19-year-old told police that she was also forced to use cocaine. She subsequently went to the hospital in Perugia where the «Code pink» protocol was activated. The young woman – investigators report – suffered injuries judged to be healable in 20 days. Following the complaint filed by the victim, a search was carried out in the house where the sexual violence allegedly took place, where 6.35 grams of cocaine and 17.90 grams of hashish were seized, as well as a precision scale.
Another search The search was also extended to another apartment, used by the third of the men likely present during the stages of the violence, also an Albanian citizen, aged 24. Inside the house, over two ounces of cocaine, 19,530 euros in banknotes of different denominations and a Beretta 765 caliber pistol with five rounds inside the magazine were found. The latter was arrested for the crimes of possession for the purpose of dealing drugs and illegal possession of a firearm. The twenty-four year old was locked up, like the other two men arrested as a crime suspect, in the Perugia-Capanne prison.
