It is a total immersion in the rich food and wine tradition of Sardiniawhere the enveloping aromas and flavours tell the story of a unique land. 28 Wineries in Sardinia will be present to share the stories behind each bottle. A moment to tell production techniques, peculiarities of the territory and the secrets that make Sardinian wine so unique.
To enhance the characteristics of the wines being tasted, the palates will be delighted by prestigious Sardinian chefs. Their creations will be authentic works of art. A creative reinterpretation of traditional Sardinian cuisine, with a secret ingredient: the red tuna from Tonnare Sulcitane.
With its ruins, the ancient village of Tonnara Su Pranu di Portoscuso evokes intense emotions and is a candidate to be the perfect setting for Goblets in Tonnara: an extraordinary tasting experience. La Tonnara, built in the second half of the 16th century, is a magical place where you can still feel the history and deep connection of the town with the sea.

Music at Calici in Tonnara
There will be no shortage of good music. On Friday 5 July he will perform instead band Big Mama with a repertoire that includes the greatest dance hits of all time, performed exclusively by female artists. The evening of July 5 will close with Simonluca, a DJ born in Cagliari in ’76, who began his musical career at just 16 years old, immersing himself in the lively world of the island’s nights.
On the evening of Saturday 6 July, the tastings will be accompanied by the unique show of Moses Concas & Band. A journey between past and present, where the harmonica and the launeddas meet the Beatboxcreating the perfect soundtrack for this edition of Goblets in Tonnara. Following will be space for DJ Zimbra, who for over a decade managed the historic record shop Zimbra Recordz in Cagliari, where his musical roots intertwined.
