The traditional Republic Day ceremony took place at the Caserta War Memorial. The event was attended by the prefect Giuseppe Castaldo, the police commissioner Andrea Grassi, the mayor of Caserta Carlo Marino and the vice president of the Province Marcello De Rosa and the highest civil and religious authorities of the province of Caserta.

After the laying of a laurel wreath, the message from the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, was read, recalling the importance of unity and democracy, founding values ​​of our Republic. Subsequently, in Piazza Vanvitelli, the orchestra and choir of the “Domenico Cirillo” classical and musical high school of Aversa performed some songs, giving those present a musical moment of great artistic value.
