Quality of life: Here’s where it’s best based on age

Life quality by age group: where is it highest? A question that is often addressed to understand in which places in the Bel Paese one lives best. Sondrio, Gorizia and Trento would seem to be the best places for children, young people and the elderly. This is stated by the survey presented at the Festival dell’Economia according to the generational indices of Il Sole 24 Ore based on three rankings which identify the better provinces in which to settle based on the services made available, road conditions and health conditions. Each synthetic index included in the study is calculated on 12 statistical parameters, defined by certified sources such as Istat, Infocamere, Iqvia, Siae and the Ministry of the Interior. The best and the worst

The index of Quality of life of children puts Sondrio in first place which from 2022 to 2024, thanks to the inclusion of new indicators for position assignment such as inadequate numerical and alphabetic competence and the Sports and Children index, has grown significantly. After Ravenna and Trieste comes Gorizia and after Ravenna which won in 2023. In the top ten There are also Ferrara and Piacenza together with Trento which holds the leadership for quality of life of the elderly.
