In Falconara Marittima, a checkpoint would have noticed a car circulating at low speed. But not only that, it seems that he braked suddenly for no reason. The man inside would have been subjected to an alcohol test. According to it, it would have been discovered that the blood alcohol level was approximately 5 times higher than the limit. Here is what happened in Falconara Marittima:

Ancona, positive alcohol test: motorist in trouble. Here are the details of the case:

According to initial reconstructions of the case, the incident occurred in Falconara Marittima in the province of Ancona. In particular, it seems that the police saw him proceeding along the road at too low a speed. But not only that, the motorist also braked repeatedly and abruptly despite the absence of other vehicles along the road. In any case, the police immediately stopped the car which appears to have been driven by a man of around 48 years of Italian origin.

Based on what was found, it seems that as soon as he got out of the car, the man immediately showed clear signs of psychophysical alteration. Hence the decision by the officers to carry out an alcohol test to ascertain the situation. Apparently, the test would have shown a positive finding. That is, it seems that the man had shown a blood alcohol level of 2.31 g/o. This would indicate a blood alcohol level five times higher than the legal limit. Following this finding, the 48-year-old was reported and it seems that his driving license was also withdrawn.

To prevent and guarantee public order and safety, the police carried out a series of targeted checks. On the occasion of the “Falcomics” event, together with other law enforcement agencies, these checks were carried out. In particular, many were concentrated within the city area, near the train station and along Via Bixio. But also in Piazza Martini and Garibaldi, always with the aim of guaranteeing safety. From these checks it seems that approximately 158 people were identified, of which 94 would be subjects with criminal and judicial records. It appears that around 43 vehicles were subjected to inspection, as well as commercial establishments, from which, however, no irregularities emerged.
