ANCONA – The vote is rapidly approaching in the municipalities of the Marche which must renew the mayor and city council. The polls are scheduled for 8 and 9 June, when we will also vote for the European elections. Voting will be held on Saturday 8th June from 2pm to 11pm and on Sunday 9th from 7am to 11pm. The challenge in the three capitals to vote

In Pesaro there are four candidates for mayor: Andrea Biancani, with 7 lists (Democratic Party, Five Star Movement, Green and Left Alliance and four civic lists), Marco Lanzi, with six lists (Fratelli d’Italia, Lega, Forza Italia- Udc-Noi Moderati, Civici Marche and two civic lists), Pia Perricci with the venire Oltre list and Fabrizio Oliva with Spazi Liberi.

In Ascoli Piceno, the outgoing mayor Marco Fioravanti, with nine supporting lists (Fratelli d’Italia, Lega, Forze Italia and civic lists) and Emidio Nardini, supported by Pd, M5S and two civic lists, are competing.

In Urbino the challenge is three-way: the outgoing mayor Maurizio Gambini supported by the centre-right, Action and civic lists, Federico Scaramucci, supported by the Pd, Alleanza Verdi and Sinistra, M5S and four civic lists and Maria Francesca Crespini with the Futura civic list.
