From May 27th to June 1st, he returns to Cremona, at the Department of Musicology and Cultural Heritage of the University of Pavia, The City of Songthe collaborative workshop for songwriters organized by the association of the same name.
The workshop will last 5 days and will see the participation of three exceptional tutors: Giancane, Valerio Smordoni and Giovanni Truppi. Under their guidance, three emerging songwriters selected through a specific tender will work on writing as many songs.
The three singer-songwriters selected for this year’s edition are Andrea Paglialunga, Matteo Salzano And Toru.
To conclude the week, the final concert, which will be held on June 1st at the Circolo Arcipelago, starting from 7.30 pm. The final evening will see an acoustic showcase by Giancane and the performance of the participating songwriters, who will also present the tracks created during the week of work.
This year too, as usual, the LCdC Rewind format returns: the appointment is at the Antica Osteria del Fico on Thursday 30 May starting from 7.30pm. They will be there to perform on stage Alessandra Nazzaro, Eva Bianchi And Mirko Bloisithe participants of last year’s workshop.
