Where this condition is respected, the vote is considered validly expressed also in favor of the Presidential candidate connected to the list;
  • for the candidate for President and for his list regional, by drawing a mark on the name of the chosen candidate or on the mark of the regional list, and for a district list connected to him, by making a mark on the relevant mark;
  • for the Presidential candidate only and for its regional list, without any constituency list vote, by placing a mark on the name of the chosen candidate or on the mark of the regional list (in this case, the vote is assigned solely to the President candidate);
  • for a Presidential candidate and for his regional list, by tracing a mark on the name of the chosen candidate or on the mark of the regional list, and for an unconnected constituency list, by making a mark on the relevant mark (so-called vote disjointed).

The voter can express up to two preferences writing the surname, or the name and surname of the candidates included in the list itself: the expression of two preferences for candidates belonging to the same sex involves theannulment of the second preference.
