Cabassi compliant by May 24th

There are hours of frantic work in the Carpi headquarters to complete the procedures for registering in Lega Pro. General manager Enrico Bonzanini and the staff of the headquarters offices at Texcart are completing the paperwork to be deposited in Florence for the green light. The first deadline is Friday 24 May, when the papers relating to the preparation for the C of “Cabassi” must be delivered.

In recent days, lighting tests on the headlights have taken place in the evening, but there are various fronts on which Carpi is working: in addition to the lights, the turnstiles, the video surveillance systems with the Gos room (which will return to the upper part of the stand), then there is the obligation to set up a hospitality room, therefore an infirmary and an anti-doping room, as well as a separate changing room in the case of a female referee or linesman. The other novelty (which is also a return) is that of the obligatory LED lights on the edge of the pitch with the sponsors with a total length of 100 metres, in addition to the emergency generators to be rented which are essential in the event of a blackout. No problem with the capacity, which will not be affected, just as during the year the stands will remain closed and in the event of a lack of visiting ultras the visiting corner will also be closed, with the opposing fans being diverted to the blue stands. Furthermore, there is no obligation to restore the missing seats in the Bertesi-Siligardi curve, because the Lega Pro requests this obligation only in the separate sectors and stands. Anyone who is not in compliance with the stadium by the 24th will still have time to comply by Tuesday 4 June, which is the second mandatory deadline that concerns all other documents. In these hours, Carpi has had the releases for April 30th from all its members for the payment of emoluments, then they will have to present the bank guarantees (300 thousand euros, compared to the 60 thousand euros of the LND) and insurance guarantees to complete the registration. Here, however, anyone who is not the norm at midnight on June 4th is out of the picture. CONES. Meanwhile, the hearing before Coni for Forlì’s appeal on the Cecotti case has been set for Tuesday 4 June. A hearing with a foregone conclusion, after CONI had rejected last Thursday the request of the Romagna club (and Ravenna) to block the post season, which then began regularly. Meanwhile, yesterday the FIGC filed its (rather harsh) defense briefs after appearing in the proceedings against the two clubs.
