The Province is trying to raise cash with assets

Even the Province of Salerno, led by the newly reconfirmed mayor Franco Alfieri, is trying to raise cash and does so by relaunching the sale of assets. The apartment in via Renato De Martino in Salerno, a leased property, therefore ends up at auction for 892,000.00 euros; still on the apartment front, the Province also sells the two rental properties in via Tasso, one for 482,000.00 euros and the other for 655 thousand euros. The local commercial land in Vicolo Ruggi d’Aragona, 15/16, also ends up at auction for 309 thousand euros; the former Severi institute in via Raffaele Mauri for 740 thousand euros; the former Pansa Confetti Factory, currently free, for 1,179,000.00 euros. In the province of Salerno, assets owned by the organization that ended up at auction are Bosco Lucarelli in Nocera Inferiore for 152 thousand euros with a purchase request; the apartments in Scafati in via Martiri d’Unità for 400 thousand euros the first, 200 thousand euros each. The land of three garages in Sala Consilina will also be auctioned off for 310 thousand euros; the former Cantoniera house in Atena Lucana for 50 thousand euros. Returning to the capital, a portion of the Piantanova Complex is on sale for 320,000.00 euros. And again: the land in via Casalvelino for 60 thousand euros; the Regina Margherita Complex in Vietri sul Mare for 11,000,000.00 euros; land in Agropoli for 2,850.00 euros; land in Lustra and Eboli. In Nocera Inferiore the Ex Marconi industrial warehouse is on sale for 400 thousand euros while in Battipaglia the area near the ProfAgri Institute, an area to be enhanced through the creation of a rugby field also with the contribution of private individuals. As regards the former Confettificio Pansa, the entire building is in common and undivided ownership between the Province of Salerno, for a share of 79.365% valued at €1,179,000.00, and the Municipality of Amalfi, for a share of 20.635%. valued at €306,541.00. The applicant for the acquired property may also submit a request, in accordance with the provisions of this announcement, for the purchase of 100% of the property. Applications must be submitted by 12pm on 18 July, in the offices of the School Building and Heritage Sector in Largo dei Pioppi n.1.
