Investigations are underway by the local police of Verona, after the death of a 19-year-old resident of Bussolengo who last night was hit and dragged by a car which then fled, in the Veronetta district.

He was called Ennouni Oussama19 year old Moroccan resident in Bussolengoin the province of Verona, who died on the night of Wednesday 15 May at the Scaligero hospital in Borgo Trento after being dragged by a car in the Veronetta area ending up against a pole.
According to investigators, the accident occurred at the end of aaggressionalso perpetrated with the threat of a knifeby a group of three boys, including the victim.
The officers of the Territorial department of the local police of Verona are investigating the matter. Thanks for watching surveillance cameras it was possible to ascertain that there were four people on board the car.

The officers seized the car and stopped the driver: he is a 24-year-old from Verona, now under investigation for aggravated vehicular homicide from escape and failure to assist; the other positions are being examined by the judiciary.
Also fundamental were the testimonials of those present who reported seeing a gray car flee, which was spotted on Strada Bresciana.
According to reconstructions, the young people would have met for a meeting purchase of narcotics. Something must have happened because the boy driving would have become scared, driving off quickly in an attempt to escape a possible attack, while Oussama would have remained attached to the door on the passenger side: dragged for a few metres, he then fell to the ground, after hit a post along the road.
Arriving on site, the patrols found the injured young man, rescued by the Suem 118 medics who transported him to the Borgo Trento hospital, where he died shortly afterwards.
