The Municipality of Reggio Calabria, as announced yesterday, has published the notice “for the awarding of concessions for 3 kiosks located in the Via Marina Bassa of Reggio Calabria, with a proposal for the redevelopment of the structures and associated services”.
With the deadline set for June 3rd, it goes without saying that the actual opening of the 3 kiosks to be entrusted cannot take place before the second half of next month.

The Manager of the Economic Development Sector of the Municipality of Reggio Calabria, in execution of the Resolution of the Municipal Council n° 68 of 02.05.2024, with his own Determination n. 2090 of 05.16.2024 establishes a public procedure with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer for the concession of n. 3 (three) municipally owned kiosks located in Via Marina Bassa in Reggio Calabria, with a proposal for the redevelopment of the structures and related services such as:
– “Gazebo n. 1, letter. A) of 19.87 m2″, to be used for craft activities, such as Ice cream / Blender / Fruit shop;
– “Gazebo n. 2, letter. C) of 61 m2″, to be used for craft activities, such as Fryer;
– “Gazebo n. 3, letter. D) of 19.87m2″, to be used for artisanal activities, such as Piadineria / Rotisserie.
The award will take place through an open procedure and with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer through a proposal for the redevelopment of the structures and related services, identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to articles. 71 and 108 of the Legislative Decree. 36/2023, according to the tender documents attached to the notice.
To participate in the tender, the competitor must send, under penalty of exclusion, by post, by registered letter with return receipt (or registered letter with return receipt or express post), by hand and/or by courier, the application, accompanied by all the necessary documents, no later than 12:00 on 3 June 2024.
