“Tourism has been able to face adversity”

“Our association was born to support and promote the tourism sector, and in these critical moments, our commitment becomes even stronger. Fiavet Emilia-Romagna and Marche, once again, it demonstrates that it stands by its associated agencies.” Thus the president of the territorial, Massimo Caravitarecalls the difficult moments experienced by the sector in the Region during the flood a year ago.

“The resilience and determination they have shown are extraordinary – he continues -. Our sector has been able to face adversity with team spirit andunshakable confidence in the future of tourism. We hope that such dramatic events will never happen again, but if they happen we know that united we are strong and capable of overcoming any difficulty.”

In the note, Fiavet Emilia-Romagna and Marche also underline their commitment to travel agencies affected by the events of 2023. The association has in fact activated a fundraiser whose proceeds were paid directly into the current accounts of the most affected associated agencies . But not only that: on the occasion of the 2023 edition of TTG Travel Experience it launched the Fiavet4Romagna initiative, a revitalization of the territory created by Fiavet Emilia-Romagna and Marche in collaboration with Apt Servizi and Visit Romagna.

“Even Fiavet Nazionale – we read in the press release – has joined this effort, demonstrating once again the importance of union and collaboration, creating a fundraiser in favor of the associated travel agencies most affected by the flood”. These funds will be used to provide direct relief to member agencies affected by the flood.
