CATANIA (ITALPRESS) – The Unifidi Imprese Sicilia guarantee consortium, linked to Cna, strengthens the already qualified and consolidated organisational, associative and capital structure of Uni.Co confidi, which operates in the Center-South to support companies. In this way, a wide variety of services and products are made available in line with the increasingly growing and changing needs of the socio-economic fabric of the territories. In this regard, a meeting took place in Catania between the regional management of the Cna, led by the secretary Piero Giglione and the president Nello Battiato, and the managerial staff of Uni.Co., led by the general director Paolo Mariani.
The strategic lines of Uni.Co were shared. to which Unifidi Imprese Sicilia merged by incorporation with effect from next July 1st. The regional headquarters will act in Ragusa, whose directorship has been confirmed by Nunzia La Rosa, while in the Board of Directors the Sicilian point of reference will be Gianpaolo Miceli, who represents the political-administrative continuity branded Cna.
Unique. it will thus enrich the associative audience, well exceeding the threshold of 80 thousand companies also thanks to the precious numbers brought by Unifidi Imprese Sicilia. In addition to direct and commercial guarantees and sureties, Uni.Co., which has been registered in the Register of financial intermediaries supervised by the Bank of Italy since 2016, is in a position to provide direct credit.
