The event saw the participation of numerous experts including sports doctors, sports psychologists, athletes, coaches, sports clubs and academics, who shared their knowledge and experiences, highlighting the crucial intersection between mental wellbeing and physical performance.

During the conference, conceived by Pierluigi Tasciotti, president of the association, Michele Panzarino presented the “Donate training” initiative which aims to enrich the sporting community of the area through workshops, seminars and educational resources, aiming at greater awareness of the dynamics psychology in sport. The opening conference offered a rich programme, including authoritative talks and practical workshops, all well received by participants.
