Lombardy for the Brixia Meeting

A very welcome return to the national calendar: Sunday 26 May Bressanone (Bolzano) will host the Brixia Meetinghistorical review Under 18 for regional or zonal teams that in the last five years had only experienced 2022, with the 2020 and 2023 cancellations and the setup as an individual meeting in 2021. Lombardy will present itself with a high quality team, ideally led by Elisa Valensin (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter, photo Vaninetti at home), who came very close to the MPI Allieve in the 200m the day before yesterday in Bergamo and was called up for the 400m hurdles in which she is the reigning Italian Allieve champion, and Daniele Inzoli (Atl. Riccardi Milano 1946), who took away from Andrew Howe both the MPI Cadetti outdoor and the MPI Allievi indoor long jump and who will compete in long jump and 4×100 in Bressanone. In addition to them there will be 13 other boys who climbed onto the indoor individual tricolor podium in winter: Francis Pala (CBA Cinisello), Francesco Martino (CUS Pro Patria Milan), Alberico Ghedina (Atl. Meneghina), John Carnelos (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter), Riccardo Asperges (US Sangiorgese), Niccolo Vidal (PBM Bovisio Masciago), Matilda Lui (CUS Pro Patria Milan), Carola Belli (Atl. Gavirate), Alice Caglio (Vis Nova Giussano), Chiara Alba (Bracco), Alessandra Gelpi (Atl. Bergamo 1959 Oriocenter), Elisa Dozio (Atl. Lecco Colombo Costruzioni) e Benedetta Falasconi (Team A Lombardy).
