Then, at the request of the defense, you released the woman, but with the obligation to live in Marsala and to sign twice a week in the barracks of the Financial Police of Marsala, in via Alcide De Gasperi. Defending MRP is the lawyer Vincenzo Forti who has already announced a request for a plea bargain, informally agreed with the Prosecutor’s Office. The sentence will be 10 months and 20 days in prison, with conditional suspension.
