On the 33rd day of the Primavera 1 TIM 2023-2024 championship at the Carillo Pesenti Pigna stadium in Alzano Lombardo, the last home outing of this season for the Nerazzurri Primavera, already certain of finishing in the top four, ended 2-1 for Hellas Verona.
The Nerazzurri immediately broke the deadlock after 4 minutes: Bonanomi for Vavassori, Ravasio rejected but Fiogbe was the quickest to reiterate the goal. Pardel then takes good care, especially on Cisse’s attempt in the 37th minute. Then before the break a couple of good opportunities for Vavassori (in the first case the shot is blocked by a defender, in the second the right-footed shot ends up wide).
In the second half the Nerazzurri came close to doubling their lead with a header from Riccio blocked by the goalkeeper, but then recovered first from a perfect free kick from Cisse (64′) and then from a header from Corradi (69′). Final in search of a draw, Riccio again challenges Ravasio and Capac shoots high after a good descent. In Alzano Lombardo it ends 2-1 for Hellas Verona.
