There Court of Appeal of Naples – First Criminal Section – following annulment with postponement by the Court of Cassation, he was acquitted Vittorio Felaco. The judges fully accepted the defense arguments put forward by the defendant’s lawyers Luigi Senese and Andrea Di Lorenzo. This concludes the legal case of Felaco who had previously received a twenty-year prison sentence because he was considered a member of the Marano criminal group. It must be said that Felaco had already received an excellent result when the Court of Cassation had annulled with postponement the previous sentence of the Court of Appeal of Naples which condemned Felaco. His lawyers closed the circle with the acquittal of the charge of Camorra-style criminal association.
Arguments that also led to a reduced sentence for Pasquale Baiano who, from the original twenty years of imprisonment, had his sentence reduced by twelve months. Baiano was defended by the same lawyer Luigi Senese (assisted by Andrea Di Lorenzo) and by the lawyer Luca Gili.
Full absolution for the entrepreneur too Salvatore Servino of Marano. He was arrested for the crimes of Camorra association aimed at drug trafficking and alleged drug dealing.
The entrepreneur, defended by the lawyer Alessandro Caserta, in the first degree he was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, only in the second degree was he acquitted of the crime of 74 aggravated by art. 7 from the VI Criminal Section of the Court of Appeal of Naples which, however, sentenced him to a sentence of 5 years and 4 months for the crime of 73 Presidential Decree 309/90.
Following an appeal to the Supreme Court, the second degree sentence, also regarding the conviction of 73, was annulled and the trial, yesterday before the Court of Appeal of Naples I section. Criminal law, definitively put an end to Servino’s judicial ordeal by decreeing his acquittal on all charges.
TO Carmine De Cristofaro the sentence imposed on him was redetermined at 14 years’ imprisonment; Capocotta Matteo 6 years of imprisonment imposed; Vincenzo Ferrillo was sentenced to 10 years in prison; For Capuozzo Luigi sentence reduced to 12 years in prison; For Lazzarino Armando inflicted 9 years and 4 months in prison; Vincenzo Puerio was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
