This is what the general secretary Pino Bollettino announces as he once again urges the revocation of the dismissal notice for all workers and the continuity of the service. «The reasons behind the failure to sign the agreement for the recognition of accreditation to the structure in question are not understood. At the same time, the shifting of responsibility between ASM and the Basilicata Region is not acceptable. For this reason we asked for a technical table to address the situation in detail and find a point of agreement to ensure continuity of employment and healthcare. We cannot afford to waste a wealth of professionalism and skills for unclear reasons. Given the company’s willingness to freeze layoffs – concludes Bollettino – the continuation of the current institutional immobility would be a very serious act”.
