The Urban Planning Councilor of the Municipality of Potenza Engineer Antonio Vigilante is pleased to announce thepresentation event of the five-year work on the Bucaletto district, entitled “The Urban Regeneration of Potenza – 6 concrete actions for a new City”.

The appointment is set for the next one Monday 13 May at the foyer of the Teatro Stabile di Potenza, at 10:00.

The initiative, called Progetto Ri-Abito Qui, aims to illustrate the results and executive projects of the National Innovative Plan for the Quality of Living (PINQUA) relating to the Bucaletto district.

The designers will present in detail the executive projects of the five planned interventions, accompanied by the timetables of the works, thus offering a tangible vision of the urban future of Potenza.

The event will be enriched by the participation of illustrious guests from the world of engineeringwhich will offer a unique opportunity for in-depth study on the topic of urban regeneration.

In particular, the new text of the law under discussion in the eighth Senate Commission (Environment, ecological transition, energy, public works, communications, technological innovation) will be at the center of the debate, with a report by Senator Gianni Rosa, Vice President of the Commission itself.

Among the speakers will also be present Prof. Beniamino Murgante, professor at the University of Basilicata, with whom the Urban Planning Department collaborated during the application phase of the project.

Prof. Murgante will provide an important contribution in the analysis of academic aspects related to urban regeneration.

The lawyer will then speak. Andrea Bernardo, representative of the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI), and Eng. Irene Sassetti of the National Council of Engineers (CNI), for the signing of an important memorandum of understanding.

This agreement, focused on urban regeneration and the recovery of built heritage, represents a significant step towards the growth and sustainable development of local communities.

The Councilor for Urban Planning, Antonio Vigilante, underlines:
