The San Siro which will host Milan-Genoa today at 6pm, a match valid for the 35th matchday of Serie A, will be a different San Siro than usual. The Curva Sud Milano, the beating heart of AC Milan fans, has, in fact, announced that no banners/flags/standards will be displayed and we will abstain from any form of support to “encourage the club to continue along the line of investments undertaken last season, focusing on a coach who knows how to stimulate the group and enhance the young players, making targeted purchases in the roles left uncovered this season.”
Pioli’s words
Stefano Pioli will therefore have to let his Milan play in this climate, well aware that it is the result of too many disappointments this season, with the aim of consolidating second place in the standings and trying to arithmetically qualify for the Italian Super Cup: “In these over the years the fans have been an added value who have always supported us, especially in difficult moments. Milan’s probable lineup
