He tried to avoid a police check by doing “risky and dangerous maneuvers”. For this reason the Volante agents reached the car: one was driving 40-year-old woman from Asti which «despite having a marked vinous breath, claimed he hadn’t drank alcohol at all.” they explain from the police station.

The woman was subjected to the breathalyzer in the offices of the traffic police section of Asti and is tested positive: for this reason it was sanctioned according to the rules of the Highway Code. The events occurred during the night between Friday and Saturday 4 May.
