The drug dealing took place inside his premises
NewTuscia – TERNI – Last April 24, during an observation service in front of a premises in Viale della Stadio, by the Flying Squad of the Terni Police Headquarters, the agents of the Anti-Drug Section noticed a customer leaving the premises a few seconds after entering it .
The man was stopped and checked: he had a dose of cocaine with him, 0.5 grams to be precise, which according to what he declared, he had just purchased inside the bar.
The officers entered the room just as the owner was trying to get rid of some wrappings inside the garbage container. The 12 wrappers recovered contained 12.3 grams of cocaine and, in the subsequent search, on a kitchen shelf, in a jar of chips, a sort of stone was found at the bottom, which turned out to be a wrapper of 5.8 grams of cocaine.
A bar employee was also found in possession of 4 wraps of cocaine weighing 2.6 grams and a further 4.4 grams of hashish were found at the latter’s home.
After informing the Public Prosecutor on duty, the woman – a 59-year-old from Terni, with a history of drug dealing – was arrested for drug dealing and detention for the purposes of drug dealing, while the man – a 60-year-old from Terni, also with specific precedents – was reported to the Prefecture as a drug user.
In the direct mail, the arrest was validated, followed by the application of house arrest.
