TERMOLI. The Italian consultancy company Key Partner doubles in Molise by presenting an important expansion plan regarding the offices in Termoli. In fact, by 2024 the Italian company plans to hire 40 new professionals, who will join the over 40 employees already operating in the Molise headquarters.
Thanks to the new entries and the philosophy of decentralization of skills and technical activities with greater added value that characterizes Key Partner, Termoli will go from being a center no longer only specialized in the optimization and automation of business processes – which represent a of the tech trends of the moment, with a market size that could reach 200 billion dollars by 2032[1] – but a true multifunctional operational center in which all the company’s specific services will be provided, such as strategic and management consultancy and cyber security services.
From this perspective, the profiles sought for the Termoli office must have skills similar not only to automation processes but also to the issues of system integration, data management, cyber security, systems engineering and in general to digital transformation processes through our full expertise stack. Furthermore, all the skills useful to support cross-industry management consultancy services aimed at operational excellence and the identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation within organizations will be integrated.
The new talents will join a young team, whose average age is 29 years. The company provides on-the-job training courses with the aim of increasing the expertise of its resources and enabling them to obtain certifications. To date, in fact, 70% of Key Partner employees have at least one certification.
With this expansion, Key Partner will be able to consolidate the central role in the territory that it has already begun to carve out in recent years thanks also to the synergy with the University of Molise, with which a virtuous collaboration has been started that aims to train young people talents and introduce them into the job market thanks to inclusion in Key Partners.
