CIA meetings begin

Grosseto. Cia Grosseto continues its support and information activity towards members and interested parties, organizing thematic zonal meetings to explore the fundamental issues related to the world of agriculture.

After the success of the meeting on the new CAP, they were organized a series of meetings dedicated to agritourisms and the regulations connected to them.

“Agritourism is an important pillar of the provincial socio-economic fabric and for this reason it plays a crucial role in the promotion of territories and their narratives – explains Claudio Capecchipresident of Cia Grosseto –. Through the relentless efforts of farmers, these places are not only an income supplement for farms, but act as a bridge between the past and the future, embodying a fusion of tradition and innovation. In other words it is an extraordinary means of promoting not only our territory, but also our typical products such as wine, oil, our fruit and vegetables, our honey and our wheat”

“Not just accommodation facilities, then – he adds President -, but places of peace immersed in nature, where visitors can come into direct contact with the work in the fields and savor the scenic beauty, allowing visitors to completely immerse themselves in the social and cultural fabric of the area”.

Starting from this awareness and with the aim of strengthening the role of agritourisms in the territory, Alessia StellaGreen Tourism manager of Cia Grosseto, highlights that “the main objective of these meetings is to convey and remind entrepreneurs of the existing regulatory obligations. In fact, many specific issues will be addressed, such as regulatory obligations on swimming pools, bureaucratic procedures, essential requirements and any adjustments in the services offered. We will try to understand how to best enhance local productions and promote the culture of the area through agritourism hospitality. Together with the associates, prospects and difficulties will be analyzed with a view to supporting these structures as much as possible, which are an authentic heritage of rural communities and which contribute to their development and valorization”.

“We aim to discuss the challenges that agritourisms face in their daily management, – he concludes Starwe will work together to resolve any inconsistencies and take full advantage of the opportunities offered by this ever-evolving sector.”
