“Lago Nero” is the title of the third investigation focused on the far right in the province of Varese – carried out by the journalist Andrea Palladino – at the center of ‘100 minutes‘, the new investigative programme A7 written and hosted by Corrado Formigli and Alberto Nerazzini.

According to the previews spread by the network, “Lago Nero” is the story of a thread that starts from the 1950s, when northern Italy became a refuge for former Nazi officers, with the heirs ready to host the executioner of the Fosse Ardeatine or to compose the soundtrack for ancient symbols of the far right. A thread that Andrea Palladino follows to this day.

The investigation starts from the commemoration of the winter solstice in a farmhouse on Lake Varese, on the night of December 21st, where the heirs of Ordine Nuovo meet and unite with the greatest exponent of Russian nationalism, Alexander Dugin.

And from there the story continues. Dig into events, contacts and connections. And it reaches the Fratelli d’Italia party, Atreju, where the threads of history are reunited. The program will be broadcast on Monday 22 April at 9.15pm on La7.
