CUNEO – The Ventimiglia-Cuneo train changes time in the afternoon: commuters win
From 6 May the 2.55pm service will be replaced on weekdays with one departing at 4.20pm from Liguria

On May 6th, the timetable of an afternoon journey on the Cuneo-Limone Piemonte-Ventimiglia railway line will change: the 2.55pm train from Ventimiglia will be replaced with a journey that will depart from the Ligurian city at 4.20pm and reach Cuneo at 7.19pm.
The new timetable will be active on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and holidays the departure of this journey is at 2.55pm, with arrival in Cuneo at 5.35pm, in order to be able to integrate the train with the additional ones already provided by regional transport as part of the strengthening of summer connections between Piedmont and the Riviera Western Liguria.
“The technical table – observe from the Region –established in recent weeks on the initiative of the institutional subjects involved, has thus responded fully and quickly to the requests made by local administrations and commuter committees: with the involvement of RFI and Trenitalia, a functional afternoon timetable from Ventimiglia has been activated with respect to the needs of workers, students and tourists”.
