Not just an ancient village. The nightlife of Bari broadens its boundaries and increasingly moves to places once a meeting place for a few glasses of wine for students. A new triangle of taste that opens between via Roberto da Bari, via de Rossi and via Andrea da Bari with wineries, fusion restaurants and places where food and art mix. A different space is thus born around the university area, where the frenetic rhythms of the nightlife of old and Umbertine Bari give way to the slow life of a new city living room.
The latest arrival is the bar in via Quintino Sella, Talomedz, where Alessandro had the idea of offering drinks but also the sale of vinyl records. Thus the quality food and wine offer is growing, with places in search of originality, such as the Argenteria di Lucio Manzari, a former silverware shop, transformed into a cocktail bar but also a restaurant, but which also find a contamination between foreign cuisine and Apulian pantry appreciated by Bari residents and tourists, as also demonstrated by Ukor, a Korean/Bari fusion cuisine restaurant invented by Haneul Lee, better known as Hannetta. In short, a different nightlife, perhaps more refined, offering not only the classic restaurant but a mix of taste and relaxation.
