BUSTO ARSIZIO – “You have to have chaos inside yourself to generate a dancing star.” Francesca Viganò, new and young face of Uyba branded Brera Holdings, she is the marketing & events manager of the club, as well as a councilor on the Board of Directors. For some she is a volcano of ideas (which will soon impact the e-work Arena), for others she is the creator of revolution/rebranding (with the focus of the logo centered on the butterfly and no longer on the ball), for others still an incurable romantic who will soon come to terms with the harsh reality of a square with a somewhat provincial mentality. But in life, as in sport, in order to judge people, you must first make them work. And so, after getting to know you a little more closely Carmelo Borrutothis time we try again with Francesca, trying to capture some of her facets and above all anticipating – to put it like Nietzsche – some disruptive innovation of her work team.

The Viganòs and the criticisms

We had already approached Uyba in the past with our communication and marketing companies (match program). The Covid years had blocked and slowed down the process a bit, but now we are back to help (save?) the club: we first entered on tiptoe to understand and understand its dynamics, then we tried to bring the our structure and our corporate experience. Even though at this stage I perhaps feel more criticism than warmth, I hope that time will help people understand our intentions and the value of our project.

Face and work

We have always been used to put our face to it, without hiding. We have always done it and we will continue to do it, even if things don’t go as we hope. But hard work, and me and my crew (Greta, Michele, Giulia, Federica and Alex) we are convinced, it always leads to the goal. Here because we don’t give ourselves an endalthough the planning of our projects is on a three-year basis.

Tears

In the work environment I try to be as professional as possiblesome may only see me as “the boss’s daughter” (the father is the CEO Gianluigi – ed.), but I really care about Uyba: and these butterflies have already managed to make me emotional (in Castellanza, during the match with Chieri, Francesca burst into tears right behind our position – ed.). But then again, responsibility to prove capable and always up to parcombined with the tension and pressure accumulated since I threw myself headlong into this adventure, ended up showing my most human and fragile side.

The internal revolution

Previously, society relied on a few people who knew how to do everything, including George And Milvia which for us were fixed points; but now we must try to give one more vertical professionalism. Also because every Friday, in the commercial alignment with the parent company in America, we still have to give an account to the parent company: and to do this we need to have the situation under control, with certain numbers in every sector.

Closing gates

There is no prejudice towards the fans, as I have heard. THE fans remain and will always remain welcome at the Arena, at matches and at training sessions. However, having the responsibility of many girls and boyswho frequent our facility every day (with excellent results), we decided to create a single entrance, so as to be able to have access more under control.

Adf, season tickets and third half

We would like to reorganize the interior of the Arena, so that the Adf they may be even more central and driving for cheering, bringing young fans closer to them: from affiliated schools and clubs. And while we’re on the subject, in addition to reiterating that FrThe price of season tickets will not be increasedI would like to develop the idea of ”every race an event”: not only with the third time already adopted in some races last season, but also with a pre-match reserved for ad hoc initiatives: lunches, activities, concerts, book presentations, activities in general.

Big screen and gym

Both are important projects that we are carrying out: the big screen because it would allow our Arena to have even more appeal as a location in the event of extra events; the gym because it would significantly reduce management costs, avoiding the team having to move away from Busto in the event of already scheduled events.

Beach volley

With the idea of making the Arena live more and more, e enhance the beach volleyball courts existing (also usable with the Playtomic app), in the next few days we will inaugurate the summer club, equipping it with a chiringuito
