Everything is ready in the city for the sixth edition of the Motor Valley Fest. Here is a useful guide for navigating the various events and attractions on 4 wheels over the 4 days of the festival.

Green lights on Thursday at 9.00 with the inaugural conference at the Teatro Freni Pavarotti: on stage, as usual, the top management of the main Motor Valley brands together with the President and CEO of Formula 1 Stefano Domenicali. Multinational companies such as McKinsey, Google, Azimut, Bosch and Pirelli were also present to talk in more detail about the new challenges of the Motor Valley, including artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, sustainability and competition with Chinese brands, which are increasingly competitive in the electric market. In total continuity with this last aspect, at 2.30 pm at the Motor Valley Accelerator in via Selmi 19, we will discuss the state of the art and opportunities for the future, given the current territorial and global geographical inhomogeneity in terms of component supplies and infrastructure. Angelo Sticchi Damiani, president of Aci, was present.

The same location will host, on Friday from 9.30am, an interesting round table on new energy sources, including electric, hydrogen and the so-called e-fuels, ecological fuels. Among the speakers Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti-Rimac. On Friday evening at 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm in the Truffaut room “Ferrari – Race to immortality” will be screened, a docufilm that reconstructs the human stories of the Ferrari drivers between the ’50s and ’60s. On Saturday at 7.00 pm in the Truffaut Room, journalist Stefano Ferrari presents his documentary dedicated to Maserati. At the same time the supercar parade is expected to arrive in Piazza Roma. On Sunday afternoon, the Salvarola Terme elegance competition will offer the grand finale in Piazza Roma with a caravan of vintage Maseratis ready to compete for the most coveted prizes. Alongside the events, for all 4 days of the event the squares and streets of the city will act as sets for the racing cars: in the honor courtyard of the Military Academy there will, as always, be the Best of Motor Valley, in Piazza XX Settembre it will be exhibited a rare Bugatti EB110 GT while in Piazza Matteotti you can admire historic Air Force vehicles. Tractors will also be protagonists for the first time, in Largo Sant’Agostino.

In Piazza Roma, the motor1.com portal will meet some automotive protagonists, including influencers and collectors, from Friday to Sunday and will take care of the DJ set on Friday and Saturday evenings. Finally, worth mentioning are the test rides of the Energica motorbikes every day in via Piave 30. Initiatives also planned in Formigine. The festival will also remember Ayrton Senna 30 years after his tragic death: in addition to the references present in the “High speed” exhibition, the documentary “Senna” is scheduled on Thursday at 9pm at the Cinema Astra while on Saturday at 10am at the former daytime show Franco Nugnes presents his book dedicated to the great Brazilian champion. Finally, the Senna-branded Ducati and McLaren models will be on display in Piazza Mazzini.
