Province of Teramo: work assignments

The Province of Teramo has announced new selection notices for the awarding of work assignments.

The public selections are open to professionals in the social and legal fields.

It will be possible to submit the application for admission by April 20, 2024.

Below are the professional profiles sought with the related selection notices, the required requirements and all the useful details.

TASKS PROVINCE OF TERAMO

The Province of Teramo has therefore launched three selections aimed at awarding self-employed work assignments.

Specifically, the following are selected:

• n. 1 Social Workeralso acting as coordinator at the “La Fenice” Anti-Violence Center.

• n. 1 Legal Consultantat the “La Fenice” Anti-Violence Center.
  NOTICE (Pdf 130 Kb);

• n. 2 Psychologists, at the “La Fenice” Anti-Violence Center. It specifies that the selection is aimed exclusively at women.

Please note that the notices have been published on the single recruitment portal in PA.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the selections for work assignments in the Province of Teramo, in Abruzzo, the following are required: following requirements:

• be citizens Italians or other Member States of the European Union or other category indicated in the notice;
• have an age not less than 18 years of age and not exceeding the legal limit for personnel to remain in service in public administrations;
• physical suitability for employment;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• not to have been excluded by the active political electorate;
• not have been dismissed or discharged from employment in a public administration due to persistent insufficient performance; not have been declared terminated or dismissed from a state job;
• have not had any criminal convictionswhich have become final, for crimes that lead to disqualification from holding public offices;
• do not be subjected to safety or prevention measures, not have pending criminal proceedings that prevent the establishment of the public employment relationship with the Public Administration;
• regular position with regard to military service obligations according to current Italian legislation.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Candidates are also required to possess the following specific requirements:

SOCIAL WORKERS

• Degree in Social Work (LM 87 – class of degrees DM 270/04 57/S class of degrees DM 509/99) and related equivalences and comparisons;
• registration in the register of the Order of Social Workers.

LEGAL COUNSEL

• Old system single-cycle degree in Law; Specialist Degree in Law (class 22/S dm 509/99); Master’s Degree in Law (LMG01 class of degrees DM 270/04) and related equivalences and equivalences;
• registration in the Register of the Bar Association and in the Register of free legal aid.

PSYCHOLOGISTS

• Master’s or specialist degree in Psychologybelonging respectively to the classes LM-51 (dm 270/04) or 58/s (dm 509/99) and related equivalences and comparisons;
• registration in the Register of Psychologists.

They are also necessary, for all profiles, be in possession of:

• specific training on the topic of gender violence;
• specific professional experience and expertise in the field of violence against women;

As well as being immediately available to collaborate with the Province of Teramo in the headquarters of the Provincial Sector concerned and in the offices of the other branches in the provincial territory.

HOW THE SELECTION IS MADE

The selection of suitable candidates will take place through evaluation interview which will focus on topics related to the professional profile required and the activities to be carried out.

DURATION AND SALARY OF POSITIONS

Each assignment has the nature of independent work of a professional nature and will last 12 months.

The remuneration expected is as follows:

• €14,800 gross per yearincluding VAT if and when due, for social workers;
• €4,800 gross per yearincluding VAT if and when due, for legal consultants;
• €15,000 gross per yearincluding VAT if and when due, for psychologists.

The application to participate in the selection for work assignments in the Province of Teramo must be sent within the day April 20, 2024, exclusively on the street telematics, through the inPA Portal by connecting to the link on the following pages:
