In Rovigo the police arrested a Nigerian citizen who got angry with his neighbors and the police

On the afternoon of Sunday 14 April, during an intervention due to a dispute between tenants, a Nigerian citizen threatened and attacked the operators and was arrested for resisting a public official.

Specifically, around 1.30 pm, the Flying Crews, at the disposal of the Operations Room, intervened at a house in the city center to report a dispute between compatriots.
During the intervention, one of the parties involved was particularly aggressive, both towards the other litigants and towards the operators.
Asked several times to calm down, he railed against the officers, suddenly attacking one of them and causing him a slight injury during the scuffle.

The man was then arrested as he was held responsible, in an accusatory hypothesis, for the crime of resisting a public official and was made available to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rovigo, which requested and obtained validation of the arrest and the precautionary measure of obligation to report to the Judicial Police on a daily basis.
