The Caserta Hispanic Taekwondo Center, one week after winning first place overall at the Policoro Interregional Forms and Freestyle Championships (6 and 7 April), replicated the result on 14 April, also taking first place at the Campania Interregional Championships. This result was possible thanks to the superior performances of our great athletes.

In fact, last weekend at the Giugliano arena we had 51 athletes competing, winning 49 medals including 2 bronze, 6 silver and 41 gold, the third-placed club cup for the youngest and the first-placed cup in the Parataekwondo-cadets-junior-senior categories. On Saturday 13 April, the first day of the competition, 13 children won: 8 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze, placing the Hispanic Taekwondo center in third place among the competing companies. Sunday 14 April, the second day of competition, the competitions started with parataekwondo, Hispanic present with 3 athletes and as many gold medals, endless emotions for all those present. Followed by all the others in the group for a total of 38 medals out of 38 participants. Therefore, 100% more couldn’t have been achieved: 1 bronze, 4 silver, 33 gold and the cup which for the second consecutive year sees us as the first-placed club. Long live the Caserta Hispanic Taekwondo Center.

Thanks to everyone, to those who, as always, collaborate with the kids on and off the competition fields, to “MY” tireless black belts, to Sergio for the photo shoot and to the parents who are now accustomed to the long exhausting days closed in the arenas but with the joy of the triumphant ending.
