Now it’s official, here’s the verdict on the situation in Pistoiese

With press release no. 121, the Interregional Department KJV has sanctioned the exclusion of the championship of Pistoiawith the consequent upheavals that follow.

Below is the press release:

• that the company SSDARL US PISTOIESE 1921 (serial number 930876) did not appear on the playing field on 7/4/24 and on 14/4/2024 as published in the Official Press Releases no. 116 of 9 April and 120 of 16 April 2024;
• – that art. 53 paragraph 3 of the NOIF provides that if a club withdraws from the championship or is excluded from it for any reason, all the matches played during the relevant championship have no value for the ranking, which is formed without taking into account the results of the tenders of the renounced or excluded company;

  All this being said

  RESOLUTION

• – to acknowledge the exclusion of the company SSDARL US PISTOIESE 1921 (serial number 930876), from the National Serie D Championship, group D, 2023/2024 sports season, also providing that, in application of art.53 paragraph 3 of the NOIF, the classification of the relevant group is rewritten and published with the annulment of the results of all the matches previously played by the renouncing club and the publication of the calendar starting from the 15th return day, providing for the rest round for the club that should have played the one excluded.
• – that at the end of the Championship, as a partial modification of CU n. 16 of 13/9/2023 of the Interregional Department, the ranking of group D of the 2023/2024 Serie D Championship provides for the direct relegation of only the team classified in 17th place and which, as regards the play-out dispute, remain, in any case case, the methods reported in the aforementioned press release remain unchanged.
