CIVITAVECCHIA – Another project reaches the operational phase and also in this case it is a program that has been able to intercept supra-municipal funds.
From the Pincio they explain that it is in fact thanks to 600 thousand euros of funding from the Pnrr that the complicated construction site of the containment works for the landslide that occurred in the Molacce area will begin.
The councilor for Public Works Daniele Perello explains: «The situation of the locality has been particularly difficult for years, due to the landslide movement which has partially compromised the road system, with inconvenience for the inhabitants. However, the planning implemented in record time by my offices has allowed Civitavecchia to access this financing from strategic funds and, just two months after the approval of the three-year plan by the city council, we are finally entering the operational phase”.
The comment of the Mayor Ernesto Tedesco: «The Molacce road, once the tender has been completed, will finally be made safe through the construction of a retaining wall. As has already happened for San Liborio, Campo dell’Oro, San Gordiano and as will happen for other areas, the neighborhoods of Civitavecchia finally have the attention they deserve. We prefer facts to promises and announcements.”
