Ath. Palermo, Cipolla: “Very strange match, mistakes at the end of the match cost dearly”

The technician ofAthletic Club Palermo, Gabriele Cipollathus comments the draw against the Thunderbolt:

“A very strange match. We started well, in the first 15 minutes I had the feeling that the boys owned the pitch. Then we didn’t play like we did at the start, we started looking for some long balls, favoring the physical structure of Folgore, and we went behind in the first half, perhaps undeservedly. We tidied up something before half-time and the boys believed they could turn the game around the way they did. We started playing well again and once the score was 2-2 we had the strength to find what I thought was the winning goal. But if you’re not careful one minute from the end, you’ll pay for these mistakes in the long run. We were in a position to get the three points. It ends with a draw which leaves me a little disappointed.”
