While the Amazon Gaming Week promotional initiative continues, we return to the e-commerce giant on these pages. The latter, in fact, announced that Amazon Prime membership deliveries are getting faster and faster.
More than a few of you will already be aware of the fact that today, even in Italy, there is even a shipment called “Delivery Today” for eligible postcodes (relating to deliveries by 10pm). However, the main possibility concerns the classic “Premium” shipment, that is, the one that usually takes 1/2 working days following the order.
Well, they are portals like The Verge indicating, at the end of April 2024, the milestone now reached by Amazon: over 2 billion items were delivered the same day or next day to Prime customers during the first three months of 2024. This means that the 2023 record has been surpassed: the e-commerce giant explains, in this regard, that it has delivered almost 60% of the items linked to Prime orders in same day or next day in 60 of the largest metropolitan areas in the United States of America.
In simple terms, as the years go by, Prime shipments are becoming faster and faster. Will there be any way to speed up the process further in the future? We can only wait and see.
