Cinisello Balsamo, what do the trees tell us?

Write? A simple and at the same time complex process, which must be cultivated and educated from the early years of school. With these premises it took place at the headquarters of Cinifabrique in via Canzio 11 in Cinisello Balsamo a meeting to introduce creative writing aimed at a group of middle school children.
The laboratory, edited by Simona Spadavecchiainvolved the students of a class of the sixth grade of Zandonai school of Cinisello Balsamo, accompanied by their teacher.
The children were gradually involved in the writing process through a sensory analysis exercise. Using the facility’s garden, they were asked to carefully observe the trees. Each boy thus began to work starting from the elements collected to develop a personal description of the surrounding environment and, finally, a real story inspired by nature.
The initiative was included within the Activity Booklet, a collection of training proposals that the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo has submitted to local schools. The workshop aroused curiosity and interest in the children who had the opportunity to experiment with a new way of approaching writing.
